Proven Green Tea Can Control Your Weight

Green tea shown to slow weight gain and very useful against obesity, according to scientists at Pennsylvania State University, USA.

Studies conducted in obese mice fed high-fat diet proves, animal body weight is almost the same number of chromosomes in humans is up 45% slower than the group of mice that received no green tea supplements.

So says Joshua Lambert, assistant professor of food science at the university.

"First, tea reduces its ability to absorb fat and secondly, improving the ability to use fat," paparmya.

He menungkapkan, just by drinking one or two cups of green tea every day person can easily control their weight.
