



In some previous posts, I wrote about "celebrating the diversity of children", "what is a multiple intelligences (multiple intelligences)", and "simple way to identify types of intelligence."
The next question, if you already know the tendency of intelligence of children, continue what?
Well, if you already know, then we (hopefully) can facilitate the child more effectively. Because, every type of intelligence has different needs, which can not be uniform for granted. We can not generalize that learning should be by reading a book and sit quietly / calmly.
This is the learning needs of children according to the type of intelligence:
Intelligent Child Language (linguistics)
Thinking through the words, hobby: reading, writing, telling stories, playing word.
Needs: books, recording equipment, stationery, paper, diaries, chat, stories, dialogues, discussions, debates, stories, films.
Mathematical-Logic Intelligent Child
Way of thinking: through reasoning. Penchant: experimenting, Samba, solve logical puzzles, arithmetic.
Needs: books, materials for experimentation, simulation games, experiments, puzzles, materials science, manipulative activities, visits to the planetarium, the museum knowledge.
Children Intelligent Spatial
Way of thinking: through impression and image. Hobby: designing, drawing, mebayangkan, doodling.
Needs: art, LEGO, videos, films, slide shows, games of imagination, labyrinth, puzzles, illustrated books, visits to art museums.
Intelligent Child-physical Kinestetis
Way of thinking: through somatic sensation. Hobby: dancing, running, jumping, making the building, grabbing, moving the hand gesture.
Requirements: Playing drama, movement, assembly objects, sports, dance, physical game, the experience related to the sense of touch (tactile experiences), garage / mechanic, practice (hands-on learning).
Intelligent Child Musical
Way of thinking: through the rhythms and methods. Hobby: singing, whistling, humming, tapping-ketukkan hands / feet, listening.
Requirements: singing together, choir, joined the concert, a concert, play musical instruments, listening to podcasts, video.
Children Intelligent Interpersonal
Way of thinking: with how to throw the idea to others. Indulgence: to lead, organize, connect, spread the influence, a mediator, partying, talking.
Requirements: friends, group games, social gatherings, competitions, social events, internships, organizations.
Intelligent Child Intrapersonal
Way of thinking: relating to the needs, feelings, ideals. Penchant: set goals, meditate, daydream, plan, contemplate.
Needs: a secret place, time outs, individual project, which planned its own activities, the choices.
Intelligent Child Naturalists
Way of thinking: through nature and natural scenery. Hobby: playing pets, gardening, nature study, animal care, care about the environment.
Needs: Access to nature, interactions with plants / animals, gardening, pets, hiking, farming equipment, hiking, nature lovers, mountain climbing.
