Not There "reshuffle" in the Cabinet Chavez

VENEZUELA - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has formed a new post in his cabinet. Post that focuses on youth Thursday (07/07/2011). Chávez then announced the appointment with Maria Pilar Hernandez, a journalist, for a new cabinet position, minister of youth.

Since the return of Chavez, the media speculated about the possibility of reshuffling the people in Chavez's inner circle.

In an analysis that was launched this week, the global intelligence firm Stratfor also predicts that reforms to overcome the 'internal rifts' in the Chávez government.

"Everyone is anxious and waiting who will be replaced and who his successor. I think this thing but it might also increase the overall reshuffle," said Reva Bhalla, director of Stratfor analysis.
