BEIJING - A Chinese teenager survived when the sword pierced his forehead. Initially it was just teenagers playing around with the sword.
Zhang Bin was invited by his peers to his house and one of his friends brought a samurai (Japanese sword).
They also play around with it and eventually samurai, sword stabbing Zhang's head right between the eyes.
"Three of my friends invited me to play to his house, my friend took the sword and I do not know, suddenly the sword that pierced me, I felt sick and a lot of blood dripping down my face," said Zhang, as quoted by the Telegraph, on Thursday (28/07/2011).
Zhang finally rushed to hospital, but doctors said they could not pull out the sword stuck in his head Zhang. Zhang was finally sent to a hospital in Changsha City, Hunan Province.
After undergoing surgery a few hours, the samurai were successfully removed from the head Zhang.
"Fortunately, the sword can not pierce a blood vessel in the head or nervous," said one doctor who operated on Zhang.
