LONDON - David Haye admitted Vladimir Klitschko is the best boxer in the world. However, Britain still has confidence that he can beat the Ukrainian boxer fight if done again.
Haye has just lost his WBA version world championship. He must be willing to fly to the shoulder that title because of Klitschko's unification during the 12-round bout that took place in Hamburg on Saturday (07/02/2011) night or Sunday (07.03.11) morning GMT, Haye lost the absolute number of Klitschko, which now holds four titles (IBO, WBA, WBO, and IBF).
After the match, Haye had said that he was not able to provide maximum resistance because right toe injury. These conditions make the balance a bit distracted and could not fight well.
Told talkSPORT radio, Haye said, "Whenever you are injured, the last thing you do is tell your opponent because he will attack him."
"I can not push my right leg, but that's no reason why I lost the battle. Pure and simple, he did better than me. I'm the second best and even if in a fit condition of 100%, I probably can not win. He best boxer on the planet right now. "
Nevertheless, Haye hopes have another chance to challenge his opponent's 35-year-old. If realized, very confident Haye can beat Klitschko.
"I like the case of the fight again, but the ball is now in his hands. I have a degree that has now united by it. But now he is in a great position and it's all up to him. If he wants a super fight again, he can fight with me. If he wants an easy fight, he chose another opponent. "
"It is my plan to retire before my birthday the 31st. But I love the opportunity to do it again, and I am sure I can beat him."
Meanwhile, Klitschko said that the runoff is not the main agenda. For the time being, the boxer with the nickname "Dr. Steelhammer" did not want to think about. However, Klitschko indicated that Haye will not have another chance.
"You know what? I am currently in the driver's seat," said Klitschko told Sky Sport. "And I will make a decision about what I would do then, with or without David Haye David Haye."
"I am quite aware of my choice and what the next step .... David Haye was outside the window, he was out of sight. He's out."
