Coming Campaign, Obama Begin On Twitter

President Barack Obama will begin to regularly post a tweet on Twitter and Facebook status set up directly from his own hands.

The announcement on the official site of President Obama said that Obama's tweets and Facebook status, now handled by the staff of Obama's campaign team for the U.S. Presidential election, and the status of which was written by President Obama, will be marked with the letter-BO in the final status.

"This change will provide an opportunity to utilize these channels, not just to report what the president every day, but also to be connected with millions of supporters," wrote Laura, either alone representation at BarackObama.com site.

As quoted from the site Mashable, on a visit to Shanghai, Obama had told the Chinese students that he never receipts Twitter. "My thumbs are too clumsy to type on Twitter on the phone," Obama said at the time.

However, Obama himself has also had time to post a tweet on Twitter itself, when the Red Cross event in the United States, in early 2010.

Obama's Twitter account, now has more than 8.6 million followers. According to the site Twittercounter account is the third most followed Twitter users, after Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. While Obama's Facebook page had got the thumb (like) from 21.6 million people.

President Obama's proactive steps are taken to strengthen the media team for the 2012 Presidential campaign, Republicans offset the step team is also preparing to take advantage of social media for the upcoming U.S. Presidential nomination campaign.
