Michelle Obama's Challenge "Push Up"


CAPE TOWN - Exercise and eating healthy foods is the most frequently campaigned for the United States First Lady Michelle Obama. It was also done during a visit to South Africa.

When in Cape Town Stadium on Thursday (06/23/2011), Mrs Obama is showing off athletic ability. He followed aerobics, playing soccer, and challenged the Archbishop Desmond Tutu doing push ups.

The challenge was greeted with pleasure by Tutu, Nobel Peace Prize 1984 for his struggle against the racist government. Some students who attend that was later joined.

In an event held to raise awareness of young people about HIV / AIDS, Michelle Obama advised them to choose things that are healthy. "It's hard for us to give meaning if we are not in the best condition," he said.

HIV / AIDS remains a serious challenge for the Government of South Africa. The reason is, about 6 million of 50 million people suffering from deadly disease.
