Marseille's Wants Drogba More

Marseille - Olympique Marseille president, Vincent Labrune, admitted intending to repatriate back Chelsea striker Didier Drogba, the club. However, this is a little hampered because of Drogba's salary that is too large.

Drogba (33) only played one season at Marseille. He then moved to Chelsea in 2004. However, on several occasions, admitted Drogba keen to return to play at the club. In his autobiography, Drogba even claimed to love Marseille.

Meanwhile, Labrune pleased with this idea. However, problems arise because Marseille is not a rich club like Chelsea. Marseille had to take off some of the players used to be able to pay salaries Drogba.

"The question is his salary, not a transfer. Marseille have the means for four years to pay for Didier Drogba," said Labrune.

"I would say 'yes', we were able to get Drogba. However, we can not afford 11 'Didier Drogba'. So, is it possible? Yes, if in the case of removals," said Labrune.

Drogba later mentioned going off Chelsea in this transfer market. In addition to its existing Fernando Torres, the presence of new managers, Andre Villas-Boas, also became one of the reasons. Villas-Boas be preached to land the former assailants at FC Porto, Radamel Falcao.
