U.S. Releases 9 Figure scary at Wrap Cigarettes

In an effort to reduce smoking in the United States, the United States Food and Drug Administration launched nine new spooky images that will be installed on every pack of cigarettes. September 2012, all cigarette packets in America will have this picture.

One such image shows the face of a man with a cigarette in his hand, but the smoke escaped from a hole in the neck. This is the result of throat cancer, a disease caused by smoking. It said, "Smoking is Opium." Later in each of these images, also is assigned a phone number 1-800-QUIT-NOW so smokers will know in which way the place to ask for help to stop smoking.

The law regulates, this image should appear on every cigarette pack sold in the United States and in all the boxes and cigarette advertising. The campaign is making a fundamental change in the first pack of cigarettes for 25 years, the FDA said.

"President Obama is committed to maintaining the nation's children and the American people from the dangers of smoking. The label is honest, forthright and strongly convey the risks of smoking and will help us all," said Secretary of Health and Social Services Kathleen Sebelius U.S..

This program is a requirement of the Law on the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control signed by 2009 and by Obama, who also struggled for years to stop smoking. For the first time, the Act gives the FDA the power to control tobacco products.

According to HealthDay, the image is filtered nine of 36 proposed FDA. To decide, the FDA is reviewing the literature, analysis of over 18,000 stamps and 1,700 comments from a number of groups including the tobacco industry.
