Mother Diets Affect Infant Health


To have a healthy child, genetic factors alone are not enough without be balanced with a healthy lifestyle of both parents. A woman who wanted the pregnancy to prepare her well for the pregnancy went well and the children are born healthy.

Preparation conditions include maintaining body weight within the normal range, ensuring adequate energy needs, and no malnutrition or anemia.

Mothers who are undernourished greatly affect the quality of fetal health. For example, if the mother had her baby at risk of iron deficiency are born with low weight and experienced failure to thrive.

Good nutrition will also support the process of conception, healthy pregnancy, and childbirth without complications. Anemic mothers womb will be difficult to contract after childbirth, so there is bleeding.

Awareness of this healthy lifestyle should be owned by a person in her life, not just when going through pregnancy program.

There is no set number of months before the pregnancy a woman should have a healthy lifestyle, ideally for life, even since I was a child we must have a good nutritional status.

Examples of smoking that can damage body cells. The cells can be derived this bad to her child, although during pregnancy the mother had stopped smoking.

Similarly, the habit of eating high-fat foods or foods that are preserved. Exposure to preservatives or dyes are harmful can regenerate body cells.

Before pregnancy is an important condition of the mother's body healthy and good nutritional status so that the mother has sufficient reserves to meet the needs of the fetus.
