Argentina plane crashes, 22 killed


A commercial plane in Argentina certainly fall, after a previously reported missing. A total of 22 passengers and crew of the aircraft owned by airlines Sol Airlines that there were no survivors.

According to news agency Associated Press (AP) plane was carrying three crew and 19 passengers, one of them was a baby. Saab 340 turboprop plane that crashed in the region of Patagonia, southern Argentina on Wednesday night local time (Thursday morning GMT).

"Unfortunately there were no survivors. We saw the bodies of victims had been burned, everything burned," said Ismael Ali, director of the hospital in the City of Los Menucos, told the television station Todo, quoted by AP.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash, which fly in the midst of extremely cold weather. According to the airline Sol, recent communications with the pilot the plane occurred at 20:50 local time. The plane was already flying for 42 minutes.

Mayor of Los Menucos in the province of Rio Negro, Mabel Yahuar, revealed there are a number of witnesses who claimed to hear the sound of explosions in the sky. The plane was flying from Neuquen to Comodoro Rivadavia.
