Orlando Bloom's Will Starring 'The Hobbit'

Actor Orlando Bloom will repeat collaboration with director Peter Jackson. Both were reunited again in the film 'The Hobbit' which is a prequel of the popular film 'Lord of the Rings'. As quoted from page Femalefirst, Bloom will again play a role as Legolas.

"Ten years ago, Orlando Bloom created the character icon with his role as Legolas. I am pleased to announce today that we will be visiting Middle Earth with him once more," said Peter Jackson in his official account on the social networking site Facebook.

Bloom will join the ranks of actors 'The Hobbit' others who have previously announced, such as Elijah Wood, Ian McKellen, Andy Serkis, and Cate Blanchett. As for Elijah will again play a role as Frodo Baggins, while Ian McKellen as Gandalf beperan.

In his account up Jackson judge, Bloom has managed to portray the character of Legolas in the trilogy 'Lord of the Rings'. "I am delighted to be working with Orlando again. Funny thing is, I look older - and he did not! I guess that's why he's a very good role as a fairy," said Jackson.

Filming of 'The Hobbit' himself had done in New Zealand since March 21, 2011. The film which also involves the actor Martin Freeman is scheduled to release in the United States on 19 December 2012.

Legolas alone is worth the underlined character never existed in the novel 'The Hobbit' by author JRR Tolkein. Therefore, it is interesting to note how Legolas told in the movie 'The Hobbit'.
