Rather than introducing a new concept in customer service, it is timely to introduce back the good that has long faded.
Back to "days", if you want to succeed in business, all related to kindness and what one feels after doing a business transaction with you. This is what makes them keep coming back, even if your product is mediocre.
Let's see, we all want to be treated well in every aspect of our lives. But it is starting to fade because of the sophistication of technology and fast-moving corporate world.
But consider this, there is a way to do business under conditions that suppress by adopting a philosophy of 'old' that will make you different and unique and not drain the charge. In fact, this will save money because people are kind and happy more enthusiastic in work and at home in his company.
Start by placing empathy and passion in your work life. By having the ability to see the human side of business, this new business model based on old things can be born again. But this time it will look fresh and new. Use the simple goodness as a guide.
If you deal with this, ask yourself: Is there any reason for which the respective day can not be the best for you and everyone you encounter? The important thing is, we are human beings who are also associated with others who have needs that must be met. So why not fulfill it quickly and happily?

But what if you feel attacked and someone who works with your rude and unreasonable? Here are some tips for doing business with a fine, even though you are in a tough situation:
- First, see a hidden meaning on the agenda. What is feared that person (especially regarding financial). Know there is always a reason why someone upset, and you who have the ability to solve the issue if you act with passion and see the situation from the perspective of others before responding.
- Remember, people are not born with a sense of anger. They become angry because of a negative situation where they feel threatened. They react with fear.

- Describe the action plan, time frame of completion plans and the achievement of the intended destination.
- Lifting the manager who is experienced in analyzing the situation and relevant issues objectively and resolve if necessary.
Remember the expected outcome is a win-win.
