Lego Also Sent to Space

Lego Aircraft carried Endeavour into space for astronauts Cady Coleman who lived on the International Space Station. Coleman will not only play, but will experiment on the effects of low gravity on the model of simple machines.

Coleman will send the results in the form of videos to students and teachers on Earth. Students and teachers on Earth will make the same model and compare the results with video posts Coleman.

Lego is a Lego model of the first sent into space. So that no pieces are missing, Lego package will be placed in a transparent box equipped with a place for hands on one side. Coleman will use a transparent box when assembling Lego.

Coleman was not the first time experimenting with something fun. In April, the Coleman for the first time playing the flute in space. The combination of astronauts, musicians, Lego builders, pilots make Coleman's very interesting - apart from her face that was beautiful.

Lego is just one of the goods carried by Endeavour, launched on Monday (5/16/2011). Endeavour carried a variety of physics experiments, including the Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer and squid.
